Technical JAM

Technical jam is an all round-fun event on technical talks. Can you make it through sixty seconds of non-stop talking without hesitation, repetition, or deviation? Or will the sheer pressure make you crumble and have competitors pounce on you in an instance.

  • Induvidual competition
  • The jam master will give a topic to the group of participants
  • All the participants have to speak on the same topic for 60 seconds but not at the same time.
  • The JAM master decides who starts. The person who starts should talk without any grammatical mistakes,long pauses, deviation from topic.
  • In case the speaker commits any of these mistakes then any other participant can point it out and start talking
  • Scoring is done based on number of seconds you speak and also based on who ends the minute
  • Jam masters call will be final.

    Tech-savvies here’s a chance for you. Come. Test your technical skills in this curious and fun-filled tech quiz to be declared the biggest techie.

  • Each team has shall consist of 4 members .
  • The decision of the quiz aster will be final and will not be up for debate.
  • Scrap or rought sheets and pencil can be carried by participants
  • The event consists if prilimnary round(written) and teams will be shortlisted foe second round(oral/written).
  • The specific rules regarding procedure, time to give a particular answer and type of round will be informed before the commencement of the event
  • Questions will be based on technical, scientific and current technologies.

    Ideate

    Think you have the creativity and ideas for better solutions? Come present your ingenious ideas for a topic at hand and beat your opponents be announced winners.

  • Presenting new IDEAS and Innovative Prototype.
  • Solo, 2-3 per team allowed.
  • Presentation for 8+2 mins either on Paper/PPT.
  • Technical feasibility is not compulsory.
  • Judged based on creative idea and use.

    Do you love MYSTERY ??? Are you a tech GEEK??? Are you up for a challenge and ready to scratch your head??? Then here's your opurtunity ....

  • Teams can consist of max 2 members.
  • The teams will be given a quest to start with, on solving which they will earn the key to the next quest.
  • Googling is allowed with a few constraints .
  • All the quests (questions) will have a clue for the final quest.
  • Final rules will be given on the spot.

    Port the code

    Multilingual are You? Put it to use in our event port the code where you'll have to translate a few lines of code to another.

  • Maximum of 2 participants.
  • Codes will be given in C language.
  • Participants has to port the code in C++/Java/python.
  • Output of the program should remain same.
  • Compilation of the code will be done on Linux environment.
